IMPORTANT : PLEASE READ THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING ANY OF OUR APPLICATIONS. BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING ANY APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE ANY OF THE APPLICATIONS.

Definitions a) "Application" refers to any software application developed and provided by us, including any updates, upgrades, and additional features. b) "User" or "you" refers to the individual or entity using or installing any of our Applications. c) "Developer" or "we" refers to the creator or owner of the Applications.

Grant of License

The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Applications for personal, non-commercial purposes on compatible devices, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Applications and all related content, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, text, images, and software, are the property of the Developer and protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Restrictions on Use

a) You shall not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from any of the Applications. b) You shall not sublicense, sell, lease, lend, rent, distribute, or otherwise transfer any of the Applications or any of their components to any third party. c) You shall not use any of the Applications for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes or in a way that infringes on the rights of others. d) You shall not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from any of the Applications.

Updates and Upgrades We may, at our sole discretion, release updates, upgrades, or new versions of the Applications from time to time. These updates may include bug fixes, enhancements, or new features. You agree to accept and install such updates as part of your use of the Applications. Privacy Policy By using any of the Applications, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be found privacy policy, and it is an integral part of this EULA. Disclaimer of Warranty THE APPLICATIONS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Limitation of Liability IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY OF THE APPLICATIONS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Developer, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of your use or misuse of any of the Applications. Termination This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with the terms of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Applications and destroy all copies in your possession or control. Governing Law This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. Entire Agreement This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, proposals, and representations. BY INSTALLING OR USING ANY OF THE APPLICATIONS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS EULA AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE ANY OF THE APPLICATIONS.
